Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Gooseberry Australia whose physical location is in Brisbane, QLD. The prize pack will be posted to the winners 
  2. The competition is open to anyone in the United States of America, Australia & New Zealand over the age of 18 except employees of Gooseberry Australia and their friends and close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. Entrant agrees to receiving offers and promotions via email from Gooseberry Australia.
  5. Entrant agrees that Gooseberry Australia may use their entry for future promotions/advertisements via social media, TV or print or on the website.
  6. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  7. Giveaway campaign starts on 1st November 2023 and runs until 31st March 2024. Gooseberry Australia reserves the right to extend the promotion as it sees fit. Gooseberry Australia will randomly select winners on a weekly basis. Up to five (5) hand muff pram gloves will be given away each week at Gooseberry Australia’s discretion and will depend on the volume of entries.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. To enter the giveaway, participants must post a photo / video of their baby in one of Gooseberry’s footmuffs. 
  10. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
  1. Entry to the competition is via Facebook and Instagram only. 
  2. Post a photo or video testimonial of your baby in our footmuff on our Facebook page, Instagram page or our website.

If joining via Instagram, make sure you tag our Instagram account (@gooseberryaustralia) so we can be notified of your entry. Without the tag, we won’t get notified of your entry.

  1. One photo/video testimonial = one entry. Each participant may post up to five entries each week. The more entries you have the higher your chances of winning. 
  1. Winners will be selected by Gooseberry Australia randomly. Winners will be announced on a weekly basis on Facebook and Instagram.
  2. Participants are asked to follow @gooseberryaustralia Facebook page or Instagram page. This is not a requirement for the giveaway but would help you to see who won for the week.
  3. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  4. The prize is as follows:  Handmuff Pram Gloves for each of the chosen winners. Up to five (5) handmuff pram gloves will be given away on a weekly basis at Gooseberry Australia’s discretion. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 
  1. The winners will be announced on Gooseberry Australia social media pages and notified via private message on Facebook, Instagram or via email, depending on how the entry was made. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and/or pick a replacement winner.
  2. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be claimed.
  3. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  6. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current AU data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  7. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Gooseberry Australia and not to any other party.
